In our experience, the biggest obstacle to customized products is creating accurate print data. Therefore, we've created detailed templates and comprehensive descriptions for you, which you can download further up this page under the Downloads section. In addition to blank templates, the zip file also contains a sample design ("Bee Happy") that you can use as a starting point for your design. All elements in this design are free to use.

Unfortunately, we are not a graphic design agency and do not have the internal resources to create the print files for you. However, before commissioning our printing company, we check all print files for errors and will contact you if there are any doubts.

Here are some general tips for creating correct print data:

1. Incorrect color profile. Please save the final print data in CMYK.
2. Missing fonts. Please convert all used fonts/text to outlines.
3. Incorrect file format. Please send us your final data in PDF-X3 format or as an EPS file.
4. Safety margin missing. Sometimes small deviations or shifts occur during printing and processing. Please allow your design to extend 2mm beyond the die to avoid white flashes.

To help you better understand what happens after you click "Buy Now," here's a quick look behind the scenes .

1. The first step is to check your print data . If there are no issues , you won't hear from us again at this point. We'll make minor corrections (e.g., to the format or missing trim) ourselves, but then send you the file again for approval. If the file contains fundamental errors, we'll contact you with a description of the error and a request for a corrected file.
2. We commission the printing and prepare everything for assembly . We also coordinate a production timeframe with our sheltered workshops in Nordhorn and the surrounding area.
3. Once we receive the printed products, we check their quality and collect all the necessary pre-products and pass them on to the workshop where your products are assembled.
4. At the end, we check the quality of the finished products again and send them to you by parcel or freight forwarder (depending on the quantity). At this point, we'll also contact you with a shipping confirmation and a link to track your shipment.

Die Mindestmenge für individuell gestaltete Artikel liegt bei 200 Stück. Aber auch Aufträge mit 50.000 Produkten oder mehr sind kein Problem für uns. Bei kleineren Stückzahlen fällt unser Verwaltungsaufwand (furchtbares Wort, aber ist so...) leider stärker ins Gewicht und auch die Druckerzeugnisse sind deutlich teurer. Hier sind die Kosten je Stück also höher. Hier eine Übersicht:

Die Preise gelten zzgl. 7% MwSt. Der Versand an eine Adresse in Deutschland ist inklusive. Individuelle (kleine) Verpackungseinheiten und spezielle Kartonmarkierungen werden extra berechnet.
